So what you see below are the Halloween decorations I've accumulated with the exception of the black glitter letters spelling HALLOWEEN that I bought at Joanns last year and strung on orange ribbon to hang across my door. I'm still considering getting a fall wreath for my front door, but I haven't found one that I love just yet. Maybe I'll get a black feather wreath like the one Target sells. The mercury glass candle holders are on my mantle year round, but I thought I'd use them as part of my Halloween centerpiece along with the small white pumpkins and gourds. I'm going to paint the goards with silver spray paint but leave the white pumpkins unpainted and I'm going to trade out the white candles in the mercury glass candle sticks for black candles (if I can find some).
I'm planning on putting the 6 black roses in the smaller of the two urns that I purchased. Luckily, I have a leftover block of floral foam that fits in the urn perfectly. I also might add some white anemones with black centers or white ostrich feathers (both left over from another project) to contrast the black roses.
Simplest of all of these little Halloween projects will be putting the large white funkin in the large urn. Yup, that's it. Well maybe I'll paint our monogram on the funkin, but still very quick and easy. I love white pumpkins and I think they look great stacked in urns rather than just sitting on the ground. I would like to have used real pumpkins and gourds, but I've had them go mushy before Halloween in past years which is always a letdown and this way I can reuse the fake pumpkins every year.

Each year I just can not wait until it is time to decorate the house and yard with Halloween decorations. I will definitely check out Joann Fabrics.
