From My Stack of Magazines: November 2010

Vintage pie birds popped up in the pages of both Country Living and Martha Stewart Living. When I see these little birds springing out of a pie it calls to mind the line "Four and 20 blackbirds baked in a pie."

The table settings in Southern Living this month were stunning. I particularly liked Maria Cooke's table because the color palette was such a departure from the typical autumnal orange and brown.

i love those birds in the pie, ive seen them before and think they are just the cutest.. I need to find them so i can buy some!
I also really like the cotton balls in the flower arrangements, I haven't seen anything like that!
